betpawa Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before Playing

The following terms are used throughout this document and carry the meanings defined here wherever they appear. Familiarity with these definitions will help you understand the rest of these Terms and Conditions clearly.

By accessing the betpawa website, registering an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you accept them without reservation. These terms apply each time you log into betpawa and use any of its services.

betpawa reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of betpawa following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically so you remain familiar with the current version.

These Terms and Conditions are provided in English. In the event of a dispute arising from translation or interpretation, the English version of this document shall prevail.

The following requirements must be met before you are eligible to register a betpawa account and use our services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. betpawa does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account or use its services. We may request proof of age at any time and will suspend accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming of this type is not prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of a betpawa employee in a role with access to platform operations or game systems.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party. Operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must not have been previously excluded from betpawa under a self-exclusion or enforced account closure. Attempting to re-register after exclusion is a breach of these terms.

Each player may hold only one account on betpawa. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method or any combination of these — is a violation of these terms. betpawa may close any or all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances where multiple accounts are detected.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

betpawa may ask you to verify your identity at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal or at any other point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents for identity verification include:

• National Identity Card (CNIC / NICOP)
• Valid Pakistani passport
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, issued within the last 90 days)

You are responsible for keeping your betpawa account credentials — password and any linked mobile number — secure and confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. betpawa will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

All transactions on betpawa are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betpawa does not apply a currency conversion fee at any stage of a deposit or withdrawal transaction. The supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

The minimum deposit on betpawa is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed in your account settings at the time of requesting a withdrawal. betpawa does not charge a platform-side fee for deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside betpawa's control.

You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods that are registered in your own name and that match the verified identity information on your betpawa account. Third-party payment is not permitted. betpawa reserves the right to return funds to their original source and require re-deposit via a verified personal method.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically processed within 1–4 hours during business hours
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically processed within 1–4 hours
• Bank IBFT: 1–3 business days depending on your bank
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days

betpawa may delay or suspend a withdrawal request where identity verification is pending, where the account is under review for suspicious activity, or where a withdrawal is made before a bonus wagering requirement has been met. You will be notified of any hold placed on your withdrawal.

All bets and wagers placed on betpawa are binding once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of every bet before confirming it — including the selection, stake amount, odds and any applicable terms of the market. betpawa does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where a manifest error has occurred on the platform's part.

betpawa reserves the right to void any bet where:

• A technical error resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed
• The event in question was cancelled, abandoned or not completed under valid conditions
• There is evidence of match manipulation or results that were influenced by third parties outside the normal conduct of the event
• The bet was placed using funds obtained through bonus abuse or fraudulent activity

For PSL and cricket betting, matches abandoned before the minimum DLS overs are completed will have all bets voided and stakes returned. For live in-play markets, betpawa may suspend betting during stoppages or at any time when market integrity cannot be maintained.

Casino games and crash games on betpawa use certified random number generators or provably fair algorithms. Results are final once displayed. betpawa does not reverse game results unless a certified technical fault with the game software is confirmed by the relevant game provider.

betpawa sets maximum win limits per single bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting section. Winnings that would exceed a stated limit may be capped at the limit value.

betpawa offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion carries its own specific terms — including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms and Conditions when you opt into an offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all betpawa promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to one account per person, per household, per device and per IP address
• betpawa reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed
• Bets placed with bonus balance on games excluded from the promotion's wagering contribution will not count towards the wagering requirement
• Players who betpawa reasonably believes are exploiting bonus terms — through matched betting, arbitrage or coordinated multi-account activity — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated for each promotion. Uncompleted requirements will result in the bonus balance being removed
• betpawa reserves the right to amend the terms of any ongoing promotion in response to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice given to affected players

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betpawa. Any player found engaging in these activities will have their account suspended immediately, may have their balance forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, either directly or through third parties
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs or malfunctions for financial gain
• Using automated bots, scripts or any software designed to interact with betpawa outside of normal player use
• Colluding with other players in casino or card games to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing or any manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed at betpawa
• Engaging in money laundering or using betpawa for any transaction that does not represent genuine gaming activity
• Harassing, threatening or abusing betpawa staff or other players through any communication channel

betpawa takes the security of player data and funds seriously. All data transmitted between your device and the betpawa platform is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. Player financial data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards for payment card and wallet data security.

betpawa will never contact you to ask for your account password or full payment card details through any channel — not via email, live chat, phone or SMS. If you receive such a request claiming to be from betpawa, do not respond and contact our support team immediately.

Your personal data is collected and used strictly as described in betpawa's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how your data is stored, processed and protected.

betpawa reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where there is a reasonable basis to suspect a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or any other conduct that presents a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, betpawa will notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to respond to specific concerns within a reasonable timeframe. Where suspension converts to permanent closure following a confirmed breach, the following applies:

• Any pending bets placed in good faith prior to the closure decision may be settled and the result added to the wallet balance
• Any wallet balance remaining after deduction of voided bonus funds and amounts linked to fraudulent transactions will be returned to the payment method on record
• Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or money laundering will have balances retained pending regulatory guidance

Players wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so through the account settings menu or by contacting betpawa support. Funds will be returned to the payment source on record following standard verification checks.

betpawa is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming for all players in Pakistan. We recognise that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. betpawa provides the following tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps you set yourself, enforceable immediately
• Loss limits: Caps on the amount you can lose within a defined period
• Session time reminders: Notifications after a time period you define
• Cool-off periods: Temporary access restriction from 24 hours to 6 weeks
• Self-exclusion: Permanent or extended exclusion from betpawa services

betpawa provides its services on an "as available" basis. Whilst we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, connectivity issues on the player's side or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

betpawa's total liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that player into their betpawa account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

betpawa is not liable for any loss of profit, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, regardless of whether betpawa was advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these terms limits betpawa's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

betpawa may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to inform registered players — typically via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of betpawa services following the posting of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should cease using betpawa and may request account closure and return of wallet balance through our support team.

Minor updates — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the meaning of existing clauses, or formatting changes — may be made without specific notification and will take effect immediately upon posting.
